Chocolate Truffle Making Class
The class will be taught by certified chocolatier, Natalie Richards, owner of Magical Moments: Stories in Cacao.
This will be a delicious & hands-on, craft chocolate truffle making experience. Learn where cacao comes from, taste the fascinating process of how chocolate is made, sample chocolate from around the world and of course make your own batch of artisan truffles to take home. A fun, flavorful class for chocolate lovers who want to learn, taste, and create!
When: October 20th from 5pm till 7:30pm
Fee: $85
What you get: chocolate, new knowledge, a box for your truffles to take home, a monogrammed apron, a recipe card
Tickets will be limited to 30, please 21 and older.
