Join the Tumwater gang for a  fun and interactive charcuterie workshop  with Trish, owner of Willamette Boards in West Linn. You will be guided through the process of creating a charcuterie board for 3-4 people, including hands-on cutting techniques for meat, cheese, and fruit.

The following items will be included with ticket: a wood charcuterie board, a selection of 3-4 select cheeses, salami to make roses, fruits and chocolate, nuts and dried fruit, honey jar, jam, serving utensils, cheese knife, as well as crackers and cookies.  Food safe flowers and foliage will be provided for decorative purposes.

Decorative supplies will be provided to package your board to transport home or for gifting.

When Tuesday June 4th , 2024.  The class will start at 6pm, we open at 4pm.

$90 per person, members receive their free glass.  Beverage and food available to purchase. Tickets are nonrefundable after May 29th but may be gifted or transferred.
