Meet Stephanie Liefeld, your go-to instructor for making gourmet chocolate truffles. She's been crazy about chocolate forever. Her mom taught her baking when she was little, and she nailed chocolate chip cookies right off the bat. But it was the little plastic chocolate mold she got at around 9 or 10 that really got her hooked.

There was just something about making these cute, tasty treats that got her imagination going. In middle school, she even started her first business, selling homemade chocolates for just 10 cents each at lunchtime.
